THE CEMATRIX ADVANTAGECEMATRIX Cellular Concrete (CCC) is a construction material consisting of Portland Cement, water, specialized pre-formed foaming agent, and compressed air. Fresh CCC is highly flowable and can be pumped into place over large distances (up to 1,000 m) through flexible hoses. In the vast majority of cases, CCC is cast-in-place. Most below-ground applications are placed at wet densities of 400 to 600 kg/m3. Benefits of cellular concrete include:

CEMATRIX mobile production units can satisfy small or large project requirements and will produce from 20 to 150 m3 per hour of CCC. The mobile aspects of this equipment allow rapid response to the changing demands and schedules of the construction industry. All dry-mix units include state-of-the-art computer control systems and advanced safety and environmental features including dust suppression.
Materials knowledge combined with quality control during production is key to consistently producing high quality cellular concrete. To that end, CEMATRIX employs highly qualified engineers with advanced degrees in materials technology and a combined total of over 40 years experience with CCC to lead our materials development and quality control efforts.
Highly knowledgeable and experienced sales staff, including a resident geotechnical engineer, are available for assistance during the design process. Upon request, CEMATRIX can provide design assistance using finite element modeling software for insulation applications.
Finally, CEMATRIX has a joint marketing agreement with Lafarge Canada Inc., which ensures high quality materials, strong logistical support, and competitive pricing for our products.
