B’Tselem and Physicians for Human Rights Israel: Israel is committing genocide in the Gaza Strip

In a new report, the Israeli human rights organization B’Tselem describes the development of a “genocidal regime in Israel, working to destroy Palestinian society in Gaza.” Physicians for Human Rights-Israel (PHRI) has published a legal-medical analysis documenting the deliberate and systematic destruction of Gaza’s healthcare system. Both Israeli organizations call on Israelis and the international community to take immediate action to stop the genocide, using all legal tools available under international law.

B’Tselem’s new report, released today (Monday), states: “An examination of Israel’s policy in the Gaza Strip and its horrific outcomes, together with statements by senior Israeli politicians and military commanders about the goals of the attack, leads us to the unequivocal conclusion that Israel is taking coordinated action to intentionally destroy Palestinian society in the Gaza Strip.”

The report presents statistics, personal testimonies and documentation that paint a grim picture of a deliberate Israeli policy to destroy Palestinian society in Gaza, alongside widespread incitement to genocide by political and military leaders and in Israeli public discourse. B’Tselem warns that Israel is already replicating its patterns of destruction and annihilation, currently being implemented in Gaza, in the West Bank as well – albeit on a smaller scale – and that there is a real risk the genocide will spread beyond the Gaza Strip.

“Nothing prepares you for the realization that you are part of a society committing genocide. This is a deeply painful moment for us,” said B’Tselem Executive Director Yuli Novak. “But as Israelis and Palestinians who live here and witness the reality every day, we have a duty to speak the truth as clearly as possible: Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinians. Our genocide has context,” Novak continued. “After decades of separation, and of dehumanization of Palestinians, the horrors of the Hamas-led attack on October 7, 2023, created deep existential fear among Israelis. The extremist, far-right messianic government is using that fear to promote an agenda of destruction and expulsion. The lives of all Palestinians, from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea, are being treated as worthless. They can be starved, killed, displaced – and the situation keeps getting worse. The world must stop the crimes Israel is committing now.”

PHRI’s report offers a detailed legal-medical analysis of Israel’s ongoing military assault in Gaza, concluding that the onslaught meets the criteria for genocide under the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, to which Israel is a signatory.
The organization also calls on health and humanitarian communities worldwide to act urgently in response to the humanitarian catastrophe, which demands immediate intervention and global solidarity.

“The evidence shows a deliberate and systematic dismantling of Gaza’s healthcare system and other vital systems necessary for the population’s survival,” the PHRI report states.
“This includes direct attacks on hospitals, blocking of medical aid and evacuations, and the killing and arrest of medical personnel. This is not incidental damage from war – it is a deliberate policy aimed at harming the Palestinian population as a group.”

“Israel is knowingly destroying Gaza’s health system,” said Dr. Guy Shalev, Executive Director of Physicians for Human Rights-Israel. “As people who believe in the sanctity of life, we are obligated to speak the truth: this is genocide, and we must fight it. For 22 months, hospital after hospital has been attacked, patients have been denied life-saving treatment, and aid has been blocked. This is a clear and consistent pattern of destruction. It is our duty as medical professionals, and to our colleagues in Gaza who are risking their lives to save others under impossible conditions, to face the truth and do everything we can to protect them.”

Just to add to my previous post.

Palestine was a baron dessert controlled by British with vagabonds and gypsies. It wasn't a sprawling place in early the early 1900's. It was part of endless wars for centuries going back and forth of who controlled the different empires like the ottomans earlier. They were some jews, some arabs, some of everything. It wasn't an Arab country full of people. Zoom out and picture it back then before the deep state arrived and the induced drama began to set in. Arab and Jews lived together. There was no consternation.

Before 1948 there was no such thing as "Palestinians". That came about after the screenwriters decided to dramatize the story and divide the population. Much like they do here!

After we won WW2 world leaders meetings were held amongst Europeans leaders, Japan, Germany, etc for a reshuffling of the world. We just won a giant war and part of that agreement was something called the Balfour declaration (which was written years earlier) with the desire of returning the JEWS from the area they were displaced from 1000's of years ago without disturbing the Arab and Arab jew population that was already living there. You have to remember in 1945 or so 6 million Jews were murdered ( BTW that defines genocide) to put this desire in perspective.

Then in the 50's and 60's they created the PLO, a fake Palestinian Liberation Organization. Much like the BLM here for comparison and the word Palestinians was given birth. Take it from there. They love conflict, chaos, wars and division.

It would include the woman in Congress who publicly announced her ultimate allegiance to Somalia. I have not heard anyone here confess to being a traitor of this sort. I will leave that to your own conscience.
All three of these traitors lied when they took their oath and should be removed from office.
2. I am totally against the invasion of our country by those of the Muslim faith. The Muslim faith is NOT compatible with our culture, Christianity, or our Constitution. Muslims cannot assimilate into our society and remain Muslim. World domination is the goal of the Muslim faith, though it takes one thousand years.
I believe they plan to establish small caliphates across America to counter our laws and culture.

Radical Muslims have no respect for human life; they claim that rape and pedophilia are a part of their culture. Look at their history. In the news recently from the UK they have gangs of radical Muslims raping young girls and claiming it is a part of their culture. This is a heathen religion.
Some states are passing laws to stop this threat to our country, but much more action is needed.
Laws against the practice of Sharia Law are being passed in some states.
We need America First politicians who truly deserve the title and will defend us from our true enemies
, both foreign and domestic. Dare to speak out. There should be a tidal wave of awakening to the threat of the Muslim Faith invading our country. Freedom of religion in our Bill of Rights does not cover religious practices that violate and break our laws.

We have no claim to any moral high ground in the world as long as we do not join the rest of the world and condemn the genocide and ethnic cleansing being perpetrated by Israel on what is left of the Palestinians. Historical Background - There is a lot of details available on the web, but here is a brief history.

Late Ottoman & British Mandate Period (pre-1948):
- Palestine was part of the Ottoman Empire until World War I.
- After the war, Britain took control under the Mandate for Palestine (1920–1948).
- During this time, both Jewish and Arab communities lived there. Jewish immigration increased, especially due to persecution in Europe.
1947 UN Partition Plan:
- The United Nations proposed dividing Palestine into two states: one Jewish, one Arab, with Jerusalem under international control.
- Jewish leaders accepted the plan; Arab leaders rejected it, arguing it was unfair since Arabs were the majority population.
1948 Arab-Israeli War:
- When Israel declared independence in May 1948, neighboring Arab states invaded.
- The war ended with Israel controlling more territory than the UN plan had allocated.
- Around 700,000 Palestinians were displaced (known as the Nakba, or “catastrophe” in Arabic).
Aftermath:
- Palestinians who fled or were expelled were not allowed to return.
- Israel became a recognized state, while Palestinians remained stateless, many in refugee camps.
- The West Bank and Gaza were controlled by Jordan and Egypt until 1967, when Israel occupied them after the Six-Day War.

No one was "chased out of Israel" when it was founded in 1948, but the Egyptians and the Jordanians were told to leave to avoid being murdered in the attack on Israel by invading armies intending on destroying it...

When Israel was abe to turn a desert into the "land of milk and honey," those Egyptians and Jordanians who left on their own decided to return and to claim it as if it somehow belonged only to them...

They were welcome back but they didn't want a welcome, they wanted the land as their own...

NONE of them were born in what was palestine at the time, they all were born and migrated from egypt and/ or jordan, as I just said before...

By the way, I have done a deep dive into the history of Zionism and the State of Israel.
I recommend that everyone do this because of the tremendous power this little nation of 9 million has on our foreign policy. This little country (9 million) leads the US (350 million) around by the nose, and Netanyahu brags about it. I think this is shameful.
I heard two Senators, Ted Cruz and Lindsey Graham, say they entered politics to support Israel.
They are more interested in supporting Israel than the US. This is truly shameful.
Americans, especially American Christians, have been so propagandized by this little nation that they walk on eggshells whenever the subject of Israel comes up. American Christians have been convinced by the Zionist propaganda machine that to say anything against Israel is to speak against God Himself.
