RE: SQNS stock opened at $3.96 on Wednesday. The stock has a market cap of $593.49 million

SQNS market cap is less than 1/4 what that article claims. I wanted to see the latest outstanding share count, but when I tried to open sequans.com there is no response from the web site, which is kind of scary... Their site should be cached at CDNs globally, which is why it is so strange.

Does anyone else consider this unusual that the website has been down for many hours? Sites are cached all over the world at content delivery networks? It doesn't seem like this is even possible.

You have to pay to have your website on a fault tolerant system like AWS. They are probably too cheap or not sophisticated enough.

Not really sure whether this is good news or not. At least not really bad, I think.

Q1 2021 was 12.3M with an operating loss of 5.8M, including the Jetack.

If Q1 2022 ends up at 14M with a op. loss of 3.5M, without the Jetpack, feels like it will be enough for every investor to wait another quarter for this company to break out...

Taking into consideration current customer demand and expectations for component availability, management is targeting revenues to be flat for the quarter ending March 31, 2022, despite the historically seasonally lower activity in the first quarter, with a lower operating loss.

What is anyone's speculation on the stock price? It does not seem to reflect results.

Actually IMO it does reflect the years of broken and overly optimistic promises by CEO Georges and CFO Deborah. The stock price is a direct reflection of the credibility and incompetence of management.

IMHO Great Mgt would have located Sqns in a different land, sure. Now everybody is just waiting for numbers to go up. Profitability, increasing revenues,...

During the days after the results, there were few thousands of dollars exchanged in the first hour. No one is buying.

But few are selling.

So dead money until numbers show some consistency. This one rather positive quarter is far from enough...

I would guess everyone is too disgusted and shocked to comment on what just transpired. Could have sworn he talked about more strategic deals in the last call, and wham, they issue more stock. SMH...
