I had to finally give up on VZ as a coustomer. After many years starting at $40 for 2 lines and growing to $112 for talk and text. My new carrier (CS) is back to $40 unlimited.

Last Verizon shot at long time customer. Ported # on 8/5. No service after that. Got a letter telling me that my service ended on 8/19. Called to see why. Was told that I had already paid for the term and ported in the middle of the billing cycle so I would be charged for the whole cycle. There was a 39 cent credit for something, that would be sent by check. Here is a company that seems to spend every waking hour on customer service.(not)
