A great WNBA game last night between the Fever and Sparks.
Clark made two very long 3's in the final minutes to clutch the game.
And of course, dazzled again with her shots from deep and rifling passes. She made one pass from longer than half court right into Boston's hands with two or three guards on her.
Clark makes these Tom Brady passes all the time and people love seeing it. And as the Team is learning to catch her passes they are scoring more.
What is going on is that the women are redefining the game i.e. what people are finding out is that it is an interesting game in and of itself when played at that level.
The women don't dunk, and IMO, that is the strength of their game, as they have to depend on shooting, passing ball handling and playing as a team.
This new interest is women's basketball is here to stay now that people have discovered it.
Some talk about the need to lower the women's basket so they can dunk. I cringe when I hear it.
A better idea would be to raise the men's basket, so they were forced to play better basketball, as a team.

Last night Caitlin Clark, finally rested, put on a show and silenced her detractos, with 30 points, and seven three pointers.
After all the shit she has recieved from the older players, and other's jealous of her, she set them all straight last night in front of a record crowd.
She is the women's Larry Bird, and so much fun to watch.
Well, I sure have been caught up in the Caitlain Clark/WNBA drama.
It is a facinating story just from the politics, which are really nuts, and seem to show a small group of women who contol the WNBA, and ESPN women's basketball, really are sabatoging her!
Including Dawn Staley of NCAA South Carolina.
This video shows just how hateful these people are toward Clark. It also shows more evidence of how they kept Clark off the Olympic team.
ESPN recently listed Caitlin Clark as # 6 rookie, and Cameron Brink as #1 and Angel Reese as #2.
Now I think it was the three women who have a women's basketball show on ESPN that did the list, and I have watched them tear Clark down!? This list is pure hate!!
In this short video, Josh Wallace compares the stats for Clark versus both Brink and Reese, and Clark's stats crush both players in almost every category, but especially points, Clark has almost double both of their points and assists, and certainly in all shooting. But she also has comparable blocks and rebounds and is four inches shorter.
And they even put Kate Martin above Clark, so what in hell is going on-lol??
For people intrerested in the Clark debate regarding if she should be on the Olympic team, watch this video.
This woman has followed women's basketball for 30 years and broke the story.
She writes for USA today and other publications, and her argument for why Clark should be on the Olympic team is one of the best exercises in logic I have heard anywhere, ever.
I think not putting Clark on the Olympic team was a huge mistake. Clark is in the top 15 of all the WNBA player's stats and she is playing on a shitty team, with a horrible coach, constantly double teamed and roughed up with little help from here team mates, a couple who seemed to be sabotaging her.
Imagine what she could do on a good team, with a good coach and player support e.g. setting screens.. And none of the other players did what she did in college.
And yes, AJ Wilson is the best player, but that is NOT who people want to see. If Clark is not on the Olympic team they will get a fraction of the money and eyes on the game and it will be boycotted by millions.
The world wants to see Clark on the Olympic team and NO one else! And her stats are better than Diana Taurasi's. Beside's give the upcoming player's a shot. Taurais has half a dozen gold medals.
These women who are arguing people should be paying attention to the other players are engaging in ludicrous logic, people watch who they want to watch and that is Clark's, 3 point shots and passing and you can't make people want something they don't want.
