The 2019 picture does indeed have 200 "dots" I'll call them, although some are larger red and some smaller orange, whatever that means.
The 2001 picture has roughly 300 "dots" showing the 200 most common shots. How can that be. Just looking at the charts one can tell the difference.
Roughly half of typical games field goal attempts are 3 point attempts, I certainly don't believe the other half are only in the paint.
Not arguing the 3 point shot hasn't been the dominant theme, maybe would just love to see a link to where they explain how they reached those numbers. |
