From: Smarmy* | 4/29/2022 10:51:58 PM | | | | New here. Studied Ted Warren course about 25 years ago. Made some money but couldn't stand the suspense; I tended to sell my half while hubby held on and took a higher top for better profit. We both laugh about it. Kind of bumping my way around this site. |

And what news organization in their right mind will agree to pay such a royalty? What about "fair use"?
The whole notion is ridiculous. Imagine if, in reverse, a few billon Twitter users decided to tweet quotes from what we've all written on SI, and SI's policy was it got, say, $10 a quote. So Twitter now owes SI tens of billions of dollars?

Just another indication that there is no filter between his brain and his mouth. The embedded tweets that permeate the Internet extend the reach and influence of Twitter. It would be shortsighted to curtail that activity.
Also, Musk is going to find it difficult to curtail the advertising and generate more revenue from subscriptions. A universal subscription charge would result in a large reduction in the number of users. The site has been free for too long a period. As for loosening the moderation standards, I bet that Zuckerberg can't wait for that to happen. It will take the target off of his back. |

What an honour. Way to go kidl. Seriously, it was brave of you to post there, we know you don't like Putin. Going right into Rocket Red's Putin Fan Club clubhouse and berating them was brave, just not too smart. The Fan Club is having the best few months of their entire lives catching jewish nazis galore. I imagine they just mistook you for one of the jewish nazis.
You have to look at it from Rocket Red's perspective, he is a Putin booster and huge Putin fan. He has recorded every episode where Beck went shirtless. Sound investment advice from Red includes recognizing the greatness of Putin and the rightness of Russia. Good Canadians and American should be investing everything in Russia right now. I imagine Rocket Red has written Poilievre asking if Canada can supply weapons of mass destruction to Putin. Red thinks Canada and the US should be attacking Ukraine and those who support the jewish nazis. That you doubt the very good intentions of Putin is a major problem for a poster in the RR clubhouse. Putin has helped Georgia, Chechnya and Syria and now he is helping Ukraine. After Ukraine Putin will be helping Moldova and perhaps Finland. |
