I generally agree with you. What I'm trying to point out to all is that the 'cards' are not in our favor when we or loved ones approach death and come into contact with Organized Medicine. Plan, and do your best to avoid full on dependence on the system. My experience in the trenches of the dying industry has not been overly positive, though I do not wish to denigrate the love and caring of the majority of those actually touching and caring for the dying. The ice cold hand of profit and greed, however, does much to nullify their efforts.

80 is a nice age for reflection. I hope you see 100 and in good health. Its possible today; particularly if you keep yourself healthy and avoid the pitfalls of current life styles.

This thread does much to keep the interested aware of the options for improved health, That is why it was established by E. Charters, and that is the continued goal of those of us who post regularly and keep the discussion alive.
