I don't think I'd call it a coaching breakdown. Bol is superhuman. I knew she was going to win it unless the US was much further ahead. Our anchor leg split better than she did when we set the world record in the semis. Our third runner was a half-second slower. That's where we lost it. Typically, you split way faster in the finals where it matters. Had we done that, we win easily.
