Good summary, Pogeu. The main issue with Boron is that like many trace and essential minerals, it is being washed from the soils by negative-oriented agriculture practices. Many health experts also point to the binding effects of glyphosate in the soils. Our grandparents ate foods far richer in essential minerals than we do.

The point of my post, and a few that will follow, is that much of our ill health results from fundamental changes in our lives. The foods we think we are eating are not what they once were. It's a fact. The issue is how do we deal with it. Some basic understanding and supplementation should go a long way toward returning us to a nutrietive state similar to past generations.
