zoom dioes it all the time. You go to sign into a meeting and do it like 1 minute before the meeting starts and zoom demands that you update the app in order to start your meeting, so you wait 5-10 minutes while Zoom does it's thing. some idiot programmer never heard of backend updates when you're done the the call and have no time limits.
