Last Verizon shot at long time customer.

Ported # on 8/5. No service after that. Got a letter telling me that my service ended on 8/19.

Called to see why. Was told that I had already paid for the term and ported in the middle of the billing cycle
so I would be charged for the whole cycle.

There was a 39 cent credit for something, that would be sent by check.

Here is a company that seems to spend every waking hour on customer service.(not)
